    p-ebt Information

All 20/21 student information has been submitted to DCFS for Summer P-EBT benefits for all students that were enrolled in May 2021. Students should receive benefits for the summer months by the end of October.

LaSalle Parish Schools have NO part in the issuing of cards nor funds. This is done through DCFS and their affiliates and LPS is NOT aware of the date nor time you will receive your student benefits.

To activate your card, you will need your student's Local Student ID (SIDNO). This number can be found on their report card or in the Student Progress's Center at http://pcc.lasallepsb.com/progress or you will need to obtain it IN PERSON at your child's school. Schools can't give these numbers out over the phone in an effort to protect your student's identity and information.

If your address has changed since May 2021, you will need to send an official email to pebtrequest.com requesting a change to your address with a copy of some form to document (i.e. driver's license, light bill, etc.). You will also need to include in your email the following information or it will not be processed.

*Subject Line: PEBT Address Change Request

    *Student's Name

    *Student's DOB

    *Student ID (SIDNO)

    *School attended in May 2021

    *Student's previous address

    *Student's new address

    *Legal parent/guardian requesting the change.

Please see the Louisiana DCFS announcements page for additional information and updates. http://dcfs.louisiana.gov/page/pebt-announcements
